A properly negotiated PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) can save you an enormous amount of time and money when it comes to completing your end of year P11Ds. Taxable items that are difficult to allocate to individual employees (especially when paid in group situations) are commonly included in a PSA. However most employers are unaware of some of the less well-publicised tax concessions that can be utilised to minimise potential liabilities to tax & NIC. Our consultants can help you to: -
